MISSION
To improve the health of our community by increasing access to healthcare for all residents.

HISTORY
Formed in 1994, the Health Alliance Inc., began with a few community healthcare leaders discussing how to best meet the growing primary care needs of residents in west Orange County. With an eye toward the future growth of west Orange County, these visionaries quickly realized the need for quality, primary care access, combining the collective resources of multiple healthcare providers in a centralized facility. This facility would eliminate multiple barriers to complete healthcare such as insurance status, income level and transportation.

Built by funds raised from public and private sector sources, the Health Alliance Family Care Center opened its doors to full patient operations on June 5, 2002. The 21,600 square foot building is shared by a consortium of healthcare providers that offer adult/family medicine, obstetrics, pediatrics, dental, family and individual counseling, substance abuse counseling, WIC, a free immunization clinic, laboratory, pharmacy, x-ray services, secondary care referrals for eligible residents, family resource case management and some chronic care services.
