Health Alliance Family Care Center

A model of community collaboration in healthcare, the Health Alliance Family Care Center offers the services of various healthcare providers and a variety of human service programs under one roof. This "one-stop-shop" approach to community healthcare is available regardless of an individual's health insurance status or income level. By combining the collective resources of these organizations, residents have greater access to primary care and social services.
