Health Alliance, Inc.

A model of community collaboration in healthcare, the Health Alliance Family Care Center offers the services of various healthcare providers, and a variety of community service programs under one roof. This "one-stop-shop" approach to community healthcare is available to all members of the community, with a special emphasis placed on the uninsured and underinsured. By combining the collective resources of these organizations, the citizens of Orange County have greater access to primary healthcare and social services, regardless of health insurance status or income levels. Having served 18,340 patients and individuals in 2006, the Health Alliance is a testament to what a collaborative effort can achieve.
