Health Alliance Family Care Center

A model of community collaboration in healthcare, the Health Alliance Family Care Center offers the services of various healthcare providers, and a variety of community service programs under one roof. This "one-stop-shop" approach to community healthcare is available to all members of the community, with a special emphasis on the uninsured and underinsured. By combining the collective resources of these organizations, our residents have greater access to primary healthcare and social services, regardless of health insurance status or income levels. Having served 19,557 patients and individuals in 2009, the Health Alliance is a testament to what a collaborative effort can achieve.
